I have a horrific dental phobia and used to be a patient at this practice but due to my phobia and the fact I don't attend as often as I should they removed me from their list which is understandable. I had been suffering with bad toothache and phoned up to see if they could fit me in for an emergency appointment. They got me an appointment booked for the same day. I was so nervous and frightened about going, to the point I was feeling physically sick but knew I had to go and get my toothache sorted.The dentist I seen was absolutely lovely and very patient and understanding of my phobia. She really put me at ease and alleviated some of my fears about the dentist. She talked me through everything and told me if I needed a break at any point just to put my hand up.I only wish I could see this dentist all the time as she was absolutely lovely and really did put me at ease.Unfortunately the practice is not currently taking new NHS patients on so I will have to go elsewhere but I have been phoning around dentists today to find one and I am eager to get booked in at another dentist asap to get the rest of my teeth looked at. I can only hope whichever dentist I see next is as nice as this one was!
Very impressed with this dental surgery, clean environment, lovely friendly and caring receptionist Tia and knowledgeable and pleasant dentist Chris.They made me feel very at ease ,Chris explained everything to me very well and patiently.I can't thank them enough as have had a bad experience in the past which made me nervous to go to a dentist..but now feel confident that the best will be done for my teeth to preserve them.
Would like to say a massive thank you to the dental team for getting me in on short notice. I was petrified of coming in at first. They made me feel comfortable and ensured me I had nothing to worry about. Thanks so much
I had a great experience with replacing one of my teeth with an implant. Nigel and Elisha were wonderful and made me feel welcome and well cared for. Nigel is an excellect dentist, I can't recommend him enough. I couldn't be happier, my teeth look the best they've ever looked and I actually keep forgetting I have an implant and it's only been a few weeks. I no longer feel self conscious when I smile.
Following an accident where I badly damaged 3 of my front teeth I thought i would never smile confidently again. But following amazing restorative treatment by Dr Nigel Suggett and first class service from Brunswick Dental Practice my teeth and therefore my smile are in better shape than I ever imagined before. Throughout the process I was consulted with and listened to, and rather than a Dentist - patient relationship I felt part of a team where the ultimate goal was to restore my smile. Goal achieved - and then some. Highly recommend!
